I had to go into the office for a meeting.  I was hoping I would not have to go in a lot this week because I wanted time at home to get ready for the weekend, and my stomach and my right hip were hurting more than ever, and driving was not helping that.  I was eating more flaxseed but that was clearly not having the desired effect.  I was hoping for some improvement before the weekend.

I am more than a little worried now because my digestion feels so messed up that all I have to do is look at food to become bloated.  I do not have time to do anything about it now, so I will just have to take on the weekend and see what happens.

I made sure everything was packed and ready to go so that I was not delayed tomorrow.  I had no doubt that I would still end up being delayed in some way.

I actually managed to leave the house almost at the time I planned in order to travel down to the Brecon Beacons for the Fan Dance.  It was great to meet up with everyone and you can read about the Friday evening in the event blog below.

I did the Fan Dance with Avalanche Endurance Events.  Except that I did not manage to complete the Fan Dance this time.  You can read all about my pain and anguish here.

I decided that I had to do something more about my digestion, so while we were out for a walk around St Albans I picked up a couple of products I will try next week.  We ate a delicious Hello Fresh meal in the evening, chicken with cashew nuts and yellow bean sauce, which was a lot better than getting it from a takeaway.
